Management of patient health information
Please notify our reception staff if you urgently require an appointment. We will always prioritise according to our patients' needs.
Please talk to our reception staff if you have any suggestions or are unhappy with the service we have provided. Alternatively, you might prefer to contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) on (08) 8226 8666 or 1800 232 007 or at http://www.hcscc.sa.gov.au/.
Walk-in patients will be allocated the first available consultation, although you may be required to wait.
Patients have the right to, and are encouraged to participate in decisions about their health care.
Longer appointments are available, and necessary under certain circumstances (such as pregnancy-related matters, mental health consults, skin checks), please advise reception staff if you require such an appointment.
